My sidebar should be reflecting more running...today Daughter #1 and I ran a little more than a 10K....and the sun was coming out...and we were sluggish for not having run in months....and the humidity from last night's lightning/thunder added to the heat. Tomorrow we will run earlier before it gets too hot.
